I lost my High School ID how can i get in?

heres some options.

  1. Online Student Portal that shows photo of student.

  2. CA ID

  3. Drivers License

  4. Last years student ID

  5. Parent check in over phone and/or in person.

I won a free ticket how do i get in?

Easy, when you get to the cash register tell them you won a free ticket we will verify.

What ages are allowed to Kaoss?
All events are High School ages only. Must have student ID or current proof of High School.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold at door of event. Price of event is on event flyer.

Are in and outs allowed? NO! once you enter there is no leaving and coming back into kaoss.

Are parents allowed to attend? NO this is high schoolers only.

Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a headliner cancels their performance.

Where should I park? Nearby Parking lot of event.

What time do doors open and when does the show start?
The times posted on each event indicate the time that doors open, generally 7pm-10:30pm

What is your bag policy?
We encourage our patrons not to bring bags into the venue. If you need to bring a bag, you will be asked to check it in at coat check. No backpacks allowed during dance.

What is not allowed in the venue?

No food

No outside beverages

No drugs or drug paraphernalia No chains, chain wallets, or spikes No weapons of any kind

No fireworks or explosives No face masks

No GoPros

No sharpiesNo lasers or laser pointers

We reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and the right to refuse admission. Our security procedures may include the use of metal detection devices, pat downs, and bag searches. We utilize these safety measures during all of our events to make sure that all patrons, artists, and staff are safe and secure in our venue.

What is your policy on crowd surfing and moshing?
These are dangerous activities that we prohibit. You may be asked to leave if engaging in these activities.

Do you serve food?

No. Only water, gatorade and energy drinks. Unless otherwise stated on event flyer.

Are ATM’s available in the venue? Currently No.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, we are compliant with all ADA regulations.

Do you offer Birthday type of VIP experience?
Yes we can have dj announce birthday name and include a birthday message on our huge LED video wall for everyone to see. For questions regarding VIP, please email us at klubkaoss@gmail.com. We’re currently working on expanding our VIP selections to deliver an even better fan experience and will have exciting updates soon!

Klub Kaoss and DJ ELEMENTS are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit to our events.

We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arrival at the venue.

  • Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.

  • We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.

  • You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.

  • All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.

  • All bags will be searched, no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
    We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

    Restricted Items:
    (Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)

  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any     kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.

  • Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted

  • No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind

  • No outside food or drinks

  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.

  • No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind

  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm

  • No large bags, backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags

  • No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

  • Zero Tolerance for Drug Use or Possession

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.

Safety and Medical
Klub Kaoss is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests. 

Please be aware at Kaoss there are flashing bright lights, strobes & concert sound. We do not recommend attending if you are prone to ceasures or epelicic.
